I currently offer therapy to individuals and couples/ polycules.

length of a session and cost?

Individual therapy / 45-50 minutes / $175-200

Couples therapy / 60 minutes / $200-250

Sliding scale is offered!

Health insurance? 

No, I do not accept health insurance directly. Instead, I provide a monthly superbill to submit to your health insurance for reimbursement if you have any out-of-network psychotherapy benefits.

Yes! I reserve specific time slots for sliding scale clients. I will prioritize folx with marginalized identities (BIPOC/trans/queer/kink/ etc.).

ARE YOU ABLE TO SEE CLIENTS VIRTUALLY?

I can see clients virtually via a secure video platform.

Consultation?

Yes. I offer a 15 min consultation to learn more about you: if you’ve had any past therapy experience, what you are looking to get out of therapy, and what you’re seeking support in. This is also an opportunity to ask questions about my therapeutic style and see if we are a good match.
